Spoint Construction held a groundbreaking ceremony for Spoint VivaMore Long Beach, the new investment project it is developing in the Long Beach region of Northern Cyprus. The ceremony was held as a step reflecting the company's investment vision in Cyprus.
Speaking at the ceremony, Spoint Construction Chairman of the Board Ünal Memiç stated that they had been working on the project for a long time and said that this investment demonstrated their confidence in Cyprus's growing investment potential.
Memiç noted that while developing the project, they set out from the question 'What kind of life does Cyprus deserve?' He emphasized that they view Cyprus as more than just an investment region; they see a strong future built on safe living at the center of the Mediterranean, a powerful climate advantage, international investment potential, and a culture of natural living. He particularly noted that the Long Beach region has today become one of the rising living and investment centers of Northern Cyprus and the Mediterranean.
At the end of his speech, Memiç thanked all public institutions, local administrators, business partners, and the team members who contributed to the process for their support. He stated that he believes this step taken together will add value to Cyprus, the regional economy, investors, and all stakeholders.
