Spoint Construction held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Spoint VivaMore Long Beach project, which it will develop in the Long Beach region of Cyprus. The ceremony was hosted by Ünal Memiç, Chairman of the Board of Spoint Construction.
In his speech at the ceremony, Ünal Memiç noted that they had been working on the project for a long time and stated that this investment reflects their confidence in the growing investment potential of Cyprus.
Memiç said that in developing the project they set out from the question 'What kind of life does Cyprus deserve?' He emphasized that when they look at Cyprus they see far more than an investment region — they see potential, and that they foresee a strong future thanks to the Mediterranean's central location, secure living standards, strong climate advantages, international investment opportunities and a culture of living close to nature.
At the end of his speech, Memiç thanked all the public institutions, local administrators, business partners and team members who supported the project, stating that he believes this step will add value to Cyprus, the regional economy, investors and all stakeholders.
