The groundbreaking ceremony for the Spoint VivaMore Long Beach project, which will be developed in the Long Beach region of Cyprus, was held. The ceremony was hosted by Ünal Memiç, Chairman of the Board of Spoint Construction.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ünal Memiç stated that they had been working on this project for a long time and expressed that the project reflects their confidence in Cyprus's growing investment potential.
Memiç said that they see in Cyprus more than just an investment region, but a strong potential. Highlighting the safe living at the center of the Mediterranean, the strong climate advantage, the international investment potential and the natural living culture, Memiç emphasized that the Long Beach region in particular has today become one of the rising living and investment centers of Northern Cyprus and the Mediterranean.
Finally, Memiç thanked the public institutions, local administrators, business partners and team members who supported the process, stating that he believes this step taken will add value to Cyprus, to the regional economy, to investors and to all stakeholders.
