The groundbreaking ceremony for the Spoint VivaMore Long Beach project, set to be developed in the Long Beach region of Cyprus, was held. The foundation of the new investment was laid with the ceremony that took place.
The groundbreaking ceremony was hosted by Ünal Memiç, Chairman of the Board of Spoint Construction. The event stood out as the project was announced as a new investment move in the region.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ünal Memiç stated that they had been working on this project for a long time, expressing that the project reflects their confidence in Cyprus's growing investment potential.
Emphasizing that the Long Beach region has today become one of the rising living and investment hubs of Northern Cyprus and the Mediterranean, Memiç thanked all the stakeholders who supported the process.
