The groundbreaking ceremony for the Spoint VivaMore Long Beach project was held in the Long Beach region of Cyprus. The ceremony was hosted by Spoint Construction Chairman of the Board Ünal Memiç.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ünal Memiç noted that they had been working on this project for a long time and stated that the project reflects their confidence in Cyprus's growing investment potential.
Memiç said that when they look at Cyprus, they see more than an investment region, they see strong potential. He emphasized that the region, located at the center of the Mediterranean, stands out with its safe living, strong climate advantage, international investment potential and natural living culture; and that Long Beach in particular has become one of the rising living and investment centers of Northern Cyprus and the Mediterranean.
At the end of his speech, Memiç thanked all public institutions, local administrators, business partners and the team behind the work for their support throughout the process, stating that he believes this step taken will add value to Cyprus, the regional economy, investors and all stakeholders.
