PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) DISCLOSURE TEXT
1. Identity of the Data Controller
As Spoint Construction Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), acting as the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we process your personal data within the framework explained below.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data is processed so that you may benefit from the products and services offered by our Company, so that the necessary work for providing these products and services can be carried out by our business units, for determining and implementing our commercial and business strategies, and for carrying out our human resources policies.
3. To Whom and for What Purposes Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred, in line with the purposes stated above, to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private persons in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
4. Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our Company through different channels and based on different legal grounds. These legal grounds include the performance of a contract, fulfillment of the legal obligations of the data controller, and cases where data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
5. Rights of the Personal Data Subject Under Article 11 of the KVKK
As personal data subjects, you may submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods stated below. Depending on the nature of the request, our Company will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty days. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged. Within this scope, personal data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether personal data is being processed,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
- Request correction if personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Object to any result arising against the person through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages if the person suffers damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
