The groundbreaking ceremony for the Spoint VivaMore Long Beach project, to be developed in the Long Beach area of Cyprus, was held. The ceremony was hosted by Ünal Memiç, Chairman of the Board of Spoint Construction.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ünal Memiç noted that they had been working on this project for a long time and stated that the project reflects their confidence in the growing investment potential of Cyprus. Memiç said that when looking at Cyprus, they see more than an investment region, they see strong potential.
Memiç emphasized that the island, located at the center of the Mediterranean, stands out with its safe living environment, strong climate advantage, international investment potential, and natural living culture. He noted that the Long Beach area in particular has today become one of the rising living and investment centers of Northern Cyprus and the Mediterranean.
At the end of his speech, Memiç thanked all public institutions, local administrators, business partners, and team members who contributed to and supported the process. He stated that he believes this step taken together will add value to Cyprus, the regional economy, investors, and all stakeholders.
