The groundbreaking ceremony for the Spoint VivaMore Long Beach project, being developed in the Long Beach region of Cyprus, was held. The ceremony was hosted by Ünal Memiç, Chairman of the Board of Spoint Construction.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ünal Memiç noted that they had been working on this project for a long time and stated that the project reflects their confidence in the growing investment potential of Cyprus.
Memiç said that when they look at Cyprus, they see more than an investment region: they see potential. He emphasized that they see a strong future, notable for its position at the heart of the Mediterranean offering safe living, a strong climate advantage, international investment potential and a natural-living culture; and that the Long Beach region in particular has today become one of the rising living and investment centers of Northern Cyprus and the Mediterranean.
In his speech, Memiç thanked all the public institutions, local administrators, business partners and team members who contributed to the process for their support, and stated that he believes this step taken together will add value to Cyprus, the regional economy, investors and all stakeholders.
