The groundbreaking ceremony for the Spoint VivaMore Long Beach project, to be developed in the Long Beach region that stands out for Cyprus's natural landscape, unique coastline and growing investment potential, was held. The ceremony was hosted by Spoint Construction Chairman of the Board Ünal Memiç.
To be built on a total construction area of 73 thousand square meters, the project consists of 1,159 residences and 10 commercial units. With its contemporary architectural design, high engineering standards and innovative features that are a first for Cyprus, the project is positioned as the region's new benchmark project.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ünal Memiç stated that they had been working on this project for a long time. Memiç said that the project, which they planned meticulously and with great confidence, reflects their confidence in Cyprus's growing investment potential, their differentiation-focused approach to production, their high quality standards and their long-term vision for the island.
Memiç emphasized that when they look at Cyprus, they see more than an investment region, but a strong potential. In his speech, he also thanked all the public institutions, local administrators, business partners and everyone who contributed during the process for supporting them.
