Spoint Construction held a groundbreaking ceremony for Spoint VivaMore Long Beach, its new investment project to be realized in the Long Beach region of Cyprus. The ceremony was hosted by Ünal Memiç, Chairman of the Board of Spoint Construction.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ünal Memiç noted that they had been working on this project for a long time, stating that the project reflects their confidence in the growing investment potential of Cyprus. Memiç said that while developing the project they started from the question, 'What kind of life does Cyprus deserve?'
Memiç emphasized that they see Cyprus as more than an investment region; they envision a strong future distinguished by safe living at the heart of the Mediterranean, a powerful climate advantage, international investment potential and a culture of natural living. He noted in particular that the Long Beach region has today become one of the rising living and investment centers of Northern Cyprus and the Mediterranean.
At the end of his speech, Memiç thanked all the public institutions, local administrators, business partners and team members who supported the process, expressing his belief that this step will add value to Cyprus, the regional economy, investors and all stakeholders.
